I can also just help you with general anxiety and/or stress by improving your sense of well being and aiding relaxation too. I am a qualified B.Sc.Hons.QTS with many years experience of working with teenagers and young adults assisting their hopes, aspirations and dreams. I am also qualified level 1 counselling (Drugs / crisis early intervention ) and now Hypnotherapy plus Basic Counselling.
